Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available (DHL, UPS, TNT). Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order (size and total weight) and the shipping method. You will get a seperatte e-mail from koene.com with the total shipping charges after you have completed your order.
Shipping Surcharges
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling surcharges due to: size or weight shipping destination, sales tax (VAT) or import tax.
Deliver time
You can expect your order to arrive within 3-10 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping and Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from koene.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 20 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.
The items must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with the original invoice, to ensure full credit.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product.
If you choose to return your online purchase to our retail store, you must present the original invoice. Without a this invoice you will not be issued a refund.
